The Estes Park Rotary will host the quick-witted New York City actors, Mike
President Durkin and Laura Livingston for a brief performance at today’s meeting. Mike and

Laura run one of New York City’s premier improve companies, Freestyle Repertory
Theatre. Their performance will consist of short improvised scenes based on audience

Dana Fritz Freestyle Repertory Theatre’s history dates back to 1982 when the company began

six Estes Park non-profit organizations have been
selected to receive funding through the United Way
of Larimer County. Those organizations include:
Estes Valley Investment in Childhood Success,
Estes Park Learning Place, Estes Park Nonprofit
Resource Center, Estes Park Salud, Estes Valley
Victims Advocates and Partners Mentoring Youth-
Estes Park Office. Ron Kuhns also announced the
Environmental Committee would be meeting today,
right after the Noon meeting.
Happy Money:
Clark Lupton reported that he and his wife
just returned from the Senior Olympics in Palo Alto,
CA and his wife received the Silver Medal in the
1500M race. Harry Livingston was happy that
his daughter and son-in-law were in town, Annie
Slack was glad to have Ron Kuhns’ granddaughter,
Marina, working for her. Jack Ford thanked
everyone for the cards and support for Elaine in
her recovery from breast cancer. Elaine will be
undergoing chemo treatments so Jack will miss some
club meetings but wanted to donate $50 to the local
foundation for their 50 year wedding anniversary in
September. Rob Ludlum received recognition for
his 10,000 volunteer hours at RMNP, James Frank
was happy about his daughter Claire being in a Fine
Arts Guild production. Jon Sypher reported that
his wife, Marsha, was going to be in “jail” for the
Muscular Dystrophy campaign but said “don’t send
any money.” Harry Hutcherson was happy that
his wife liked the new paint in their house and Nick
Molle was happy that Jon Sypher was back at the
club meeting but not sure he was glad that Jon sat at
his table.
There were two winners in the raffle drawing,
Dick Broman and Larry Williams each won $25.
