Due to some circumstances I was not able to represent my case against the ‟adverse remarks‟ awarded
to me by the accepting authority. I therefore make a humble request to please consider my case now.
There are some points I would like to bring to your kind notice:
1.) General comments of the accepting authority are in contradiction with the entries made under
various parts in the ACR.Entries are all as while general comments are of „adverse nature‟. How can
an office get all in the A‟s to the count of 20 & still be observed „adversely‟.
2.) Observation of adverse nature made is:
“He is an officer of vacillating nature”
Vacillating: (Syn) hesitating
Sir I am an officer who is bound by well defines rules & I have the utmost respect for them. These
rules put me under some limitations & thus I am called to perform within those parameters. Please
consider my hesitation arising out of those boundaries, as my intent is to serve the organization. Best
to my capability within the rules it dictates &role it demands.
