Exhibition Organisation Questionnaire
Please outline the ways you contributed to the organisation of the exhibition or fundraising
activities last semester.
• Worked the print sale stall.
• Christmas fair
- Got my Mum involved on helping to make things to sell
- Brought in a Christmas tree and decorations
- Helped decorate and set up craft stalls
- Worked craft stall throughout the fair
- Went around the college dressed up handing out flyers and telling people about
the fair
- Helped pack up after the event

What ways could communication or the meetings be improved?
I think people need to make sure all of the planning and ideas that have been made are
uploaded onto moodle, because I feel like I end turn up to the meetings to hear people
talking about things I haven’t heard about before and I just end up being confused and not
knowing what is going on.
What ways can tutors further support the exhibition organisation?
Marketing
There are various marketing jobs that need doing over the next few months, please indicate
which activities you could help with.
• Develop and co-ordinate a marketing strategy for the exhibition
• Researching and compiling a database of ex students.
• Researching and compiling a database of London based industry professionals
• Social media marketing – making sure that social media is used effectively and
updated regularly.
• Build and maintain an exhibition website
• Come up with a concept for the exhibition – and design marketing materials
Fundraising
What fundraising activities do you personally want to be involved with this semester and
how can you make them happen.
What other fundraising activities can you think of?
Outline any other ways in which you can contribute to the organisation of the exhibitions?
I would like to get a bit hands on with the actual set up of the exhibition, mounting images
etc. Also anything website or blog related.
If you had to contribute some of your own money to the funds – how much would you
contribute?
I think this should be a set amount agreed by the group, but baring in mind most of us don’t
have a lot of money to give. I think we should continue to all pitch in for party tickets etc,
regardless of if we are actually going or not.
