If a cancellation is requested on or before March 5, 2010, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a

processing fee of 10% per registration. If a cancellation is requested between March 5, 2010 and April 21, 2010, RILA will process a refund in the same

manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received on or after April 21, 2010
