may contact the user's trusted network, defined as a pre-selected group of friends, family and health
professionals, and provide direction and status updates of the user's emergency via a phone call, SMS or
email. If needed, the ZOMM Personal Safety Concierge will immediately dispatch police, fire or medical
rescue to the user's exact location by using a combination of ZOMM technologies, services and
connections to more than 6,000 PSAPs (Public Safety Answering Points).
