this AGreemeNt, made and entered into by and between the LOuisviLLe/JeFFersON COuNty metrO

GOverNmeNt, by and through its LOuisviLLe ZOOLOGiCAL GArdeNs, herein referred to as “metrO

GOverNmeNt” or “PubLisher”, and “Advertiser”, as noted on the insertion Order on the reverse side.
