CONDITIONS
* Reservations will be firmed when:
(1) a 50% Deposit, which could be done by cash (Western Union or money transfer to
the post office) by Cheque (French only), or Bank Deposit Transfer. (cheque or bank
transfer only until 3 weeks before arrival)
(2) one copie of the Rental Contract have been received, completed and signed
mentioning "read and understood" on the three pages.
* Remaining amount to be paid the day of arrival by Cash only.
* Keys will be handed over as soon as a Guarantee Deposit has been received by
cheque (French only), bank transfer or cash.
* Guarantee Deposit will be refunded maximum one week after departure (only if
there is no damage), after keys have been returned and divers services have been
accounted for. If there is damage, the guarantee deposit will be refund by cheque or
bank transfer as soon as everything will be repaired.
* If the Rental Contract is cancelled, the Deposit will not be refunded, but could be
used as reservation deposit for another period depending availability, but only for a
cancellation before one month to the arrival date and if the apartment can be rent to
someone else for this period cancelled.
* Price includes water charge.
* All taxes are included.
* Price doesn’t include electricity. A checking of the electrical counter will be done at
arrival and departure to charge your real consummation. It has to be paid the day of
departure by cash.
* Price includes towels (2 per person), bath carpet and kitchen cloth (2).
* Price doesn’t include bed linens but you can rent it : 20 euros by bed.
* If you need a baby bed, it can be rented : 20 euros by week.
* Final cleaning is not included. It has to be paid the day of departure by cash.
* Pets are allowed on demand.
* Please note that the check-in time is from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Check out time is
from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
For an arrival or departure without these times, you’ll have to see the particular terms
with us. Thanks to let us know your arrival time at least one week before.
