To use your existing domain name with Yahoo! Web Hosting, you need to contact your domain registrar
and request a name server change to redirect your existing domain name to your new website hosted
by Yahoo! Web Hosting.
CONTENT
Number of pages (select from the Page Titles:
pages to the right): 1. Home (the first page that customers see when they visit the website. It contains information about
your company or services)
2. About Us (your bio, information that you would like to share about yourself, your organizations,
etc.)
3. Contact Us (email contact form)
4. Services Provided
5. What’s New or Calendar of Events
Your website will include five (5) pages. Extra pages can be added for an additional fee per page. See
FEES section.
Content Keep your content to approximately 1,000 words for each page. More than that could result in a higher
rate for the page due to more formatting.
Search engine keywords You can provide keywords that best describe your website to assist website surfing. If not, Capria
Designs will provide a few and will ask your approval to use them.
Materials to be supplied to Capria If you are using your own photos or graphics, make sure they are good quality. The better the quality of
Designs your photo or graphic the more professional your web page will look. Send all photos, graphics, and
content electronically to Capria Designs at email address: forpamt@aol.com.
WEBSITE DELIVERABLES
Estimated date of draft website to A draft of the website will be sent to you one week after approved contract and fee (made payable to
you Capria Designs) have been mailed to the following address:

Estimated date when website is Once you have submitted your content, photos, graphics (if any), I can create the website, you can
complete and ready to be viewed review it, submit your changes, the changes are made, and then you can review the website again, and
by your audience: if no changes are necessary, then the website can be released to the public. I will start by using the
content you provide.
FEES
Estimated Expenses: Website Design Set-up Fee (one-time fee) includes set-up with Yahoo! Sitebuilder, theming, layout,
design, email set-up)
Since Capria Designs will maintain your site on the internet provider’s server (Yahoo!), you agree to a
separate contract with Yahoo! and pay their Web Hosting Fee (monthly). Please choose your plan:

Your plan is billed by Yahoo! Small Business in three (3) month intervals.
Maintenance Fee: This fee is applicable if you want the website updated monthly, every three (3)
months, etc.
Changes to the Website: After the website has been completely finished with your approval, there is a
fee per hour if you have changes. There are no fees to you for any errors made by Capria Designs.
Additional Pages, outside of the standard five (5) pages, there is a fee for each additional page (the fee
is dependent on the number of text, graphics, or excessive amount of formatting to be done).
Client shall reimburse Capria Designs for all expenses related to getting pictures or photos ready for
posting if an outside source is used, materials mailed, etc.
Additional Services Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized in writing.
Webmaster Credits If you agree, Capria Designs would like to display a link at the bottom of each page that will open in a
new browser window for a minimum of one year.
PERMISSIONS
Rights Transferred: Photos and graphics used by Capria Design remain property of Capria Designs. Any photos or
graphics that you supply remain your property and will not be used by Capria Designs without your
permission.
