LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ANNETTE J. SMITH
I, ANNETTE J. SMITH, an adult resident of the City of Brandon, Rankin County,
Mississippi, above the age of twenty-one years and of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
any previous Wills and/or Codicils heretofore made by me.
ITEM 1.
I hereby appoint, nominate and constitute my husband, John G. Smith, as Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament, and if he be unable or unwilling to so serve, then my sister-in-
law, Joan A. Smith, as Executrix, and in either event, I do hereby waive all bond, inventory,
appraisal and accounting, insofar as I am legally entitled to waive same
