DUTIES: Under the direction of the Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Leader, and/or
Facilities Manager. Performs maintenance work on all relevant equipment in the assigned
department. Inspects, repairs and troubleshoots damaged, worn out or malfunctioning
equipment, and/or facilities. Works on new projects that arise as required. Performs other duties
of a similar nature as may be required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have a high school diploma or its equivalent,
and must have completed courses covering some or all of the following: basic and advanced AC
and DC electrical circuits, including complex schematic diagrams; plumbing, heating, ventilation
and air conditioning, carpentry; and hy draulics. Applicants must have two (2) years experience
in facilities maintenance of building systems and associated equipment, which should include
experience maintaining hydraulic lifts, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, wash
racks, overhead doors, fluid dispensing units, lighting systems, and plumbing systems.
Applicants must have a valid STATE OF OHIO COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE (CDL)
Class “A” or “B” with Airbrake endorsement or must be able to obtain a CDL within three (3)
months of their hire date. Applicants must have a GOOD DRIVING RECORD, with no more
than FOUR (4) POINTS, in the past three years.
Examination Information: Eligible candidates will be notified of the exact time and place of the
examination. The examination process will consist of three parts to include a written
examination, performance assessment and/or interview, and record evaluation for internal
candidates. The record evaluation will be weighted as 15% of the overall examination score for
candidates who have passed the written and performance assessment/interview. Record
evaluation information will be obtained from the candidate’s supervisor. Candidates must meet
all record evaluation criteria in order to gain the full 15% weighting. Candidates must pass the
written examination to be eligible to proceed to additional parts of the examination process
required to establish the eligibility for the position. Candidates will become eligible based on the
composite scores from each part of the examination process. In accordance with the Merit
Systems Rules, internal candidates who become eligible will be given preference over external
candidates. Record evaluation criteria may include, but not limited to, an employee’s attendance

of the voice over IP phone systems in the NEOSA Division.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Primary Functions: Responsible for invoicing recurring revenue, maintaining an accurate

Presents considerable flexibility to multi-task and respond to internal and external customers in a
professional manner.
Accept and process credit card payments from customers. Process monthly ACH transactions
and maintain database.
Create reports and other documents as requested. Answer questions regarding customer RMR
from employees.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
Responsible for accounts receivable collection for recurring, new install, add-on, take-over,
billable service for commercial and residential customers.
Measurable statiscs which your job impacts:
Invoice and collection of approximately $4 million in revenue annually.
Maintain accounts receivable days outstanding of 45 days.
Type of guidance the position normally receives:
Exercises independent judgment and decision making in the investigation and analysis of
customer invoicing issues new install, add-on, take-over, billable service for commercial and
residential customers
Independently performs a broad range of front office administrative duties with minimal
supervision.
