VISAS
CONDITIONS FOR SCHENGEN VISA FOR BUSINESS
1- Valid passport, 1 photo (3x3,5 cm), application form and personal application;
2- Original invitation approved by Slovak Foreign Police or Slovak Company’s invitation (signed by the
statutary authority) approved by Slovak notary.
3- Essential company documents applying for visa:
· Head letter, signed by authorized person and sealed
· Signature circular
· Activity report
· Tax report
· Trade gazette
Applicants who are not authorized for signature in the company have to bring Social Insurance document
and the salary report additionally to the above mentioned documents.
4- Original return ticket
5- Travel insurance, valid for all Schengen and EU area, value of 30.000,- EUR
6- Photocopy of the Passport and ID.
7- Income documents of the last 6 or 12 months.
8- Photocopy of all the original documents

* For non Turkish citizens Residence & Work Permit documents for Turkey, (originals & photocopy)


CONDITIONS FOR SCHENGEN
VISA FOR TOURISM & PRIVATE VISITS

1- Valid passport, 1 photo (3x3,5 cm), application form and personal application;
2- * For Tourists voucher from the hotel which the visa applicant will stay in Slovak Republic, hotel
should fax the document of the payment directly to the Consulate;
* For family and friends visit, original invitation approved by Slovak Foreign Police or private invitation
approved by Slovak notary.
*Accommodation document
3- Original return ticket;
4- Travel insurance, valid for all Schengen and EU area, value of 30.000,- EUR
5- Photocopy of the Passport and ID.
6- Income documents of the last 6 or 12 months.
7- Photocopy of all the original documents.
Travel agencies applying for groups should also bring the documents of their company, the licence from
the Ministry of Tourism and tour programme.

VISA FEES
Schengen Visa fees will be charged as 60,- EUR

For Russia, Ukrain, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania and Moldova
passports visa fee will be 35,- EUR .

For the applicants who are the relatives of EU or EEA citizens and the children up to 6 years old visas
will be free of charge.

CONDITIONS FOR PEOPLE WHO WILL TRAVEL TO THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC BY PRIVATE CAR

People who would like to travel to Slovakia by their private car must bring the documents declared below
for the visa application:

1- Original and the photocopy of the driving license.
2- Original and the photocopy of the technical license.
3- Original and the photocopy of the Green Card (valid for all Schengen and EU area).
4- Official income declaration, such as bank account or salary document (enough to travel to Slovakia
and back).
