Mr. Rolfe received his BA from the University of Virginia. He received his appeals in the Fourth, Fifth and DC Circuits.
JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he received the
Alumni Award for Academic Excellence for graduating first in his class.
A member of the Virginia and New York State Bars, he is admitted to
practice in the US Supreme Court, Courts of Appeals for Second, Fourth,
Seventh and DC Circuits, District Courts for Eastern and Western Districts
of Virginia, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, District of
Columbia, and Eastern District of Michigan, and Court of Federal Claims.
