Pool Rules
No Lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
All residents shall make the pool rules known to their children and guests.
1. Pool hours are 9:00 am to 10 pm daily.
2. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Absolutely no diving anywhere in the pool.
4. Residents will be responsible for any damage or acts of their children or guests.
5. Only swim sweaters, arm floaters and small tubes will be allowed in pool.
6. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times (no cut-offs).
7. No horseplay, running, excessive splashing, rude or inappropriate language, or
any other activity will be allowed that could be considered dangerous, disruptive
or offensive to others.
8. Absolutely no:
1. Glass objects or containers
2. Gum
3. Littering
4. Cigarettes
5. Drugs
6. Pets
7. Suntan oil/lotions in pool
8. Diapers (swim diapers need to be used)
9. Food will be allowed only at provided tables.
10. Please deposit cans, paper, and other debris in trash cans provided.
11. No radios, CD players or any other sound amplifying devices may be used in a
manner so as to disrupt utilizing the pool area.
12. Owner/management is not responsible for the loss of any personal items.
13. Adults must remain in baby pool area with children at all times.
14. Owner/management shall have complete authority to enforce all rules. Residents
and guests shall comply with owner/management decisions for the safety of all
residents.
Pool Key Fobs
Only one pool key fob will be issued per household.
A pool key fob can only be obtained if dues are current.
There is a $30 charge for the replacement of lost or stolen pool key fob.
Contact the HOA Board President (listed on the "Board Members" page) for a
new key fob.
