from acquiring autoimmune disease.

The vitamin D3 benefit is important in order to have healthy bones and teeth, a good health; a right

as the major source. But remember, too much exposure to sunlight is not good because of UVB

rays. If you have a darker skin, long exposure is needed compared to lighter skin.
