John is ordering mugs for all scum and is asking that the parents pay for their scum’s mug. The
mugs are $14. If you would also like to order a mug for yourself email John.

A sheet was passed around indicating those who have not paid for the Theta Letter from last
year. If you worked at two Excel events last year and do not owe money mark that down on the
sheet. Jeri will be contacting those who owe money so please pay asap.

Master-At-Arms/Inner Guard Shannon Reidt /Kevin Matkaiti :
Due to the kinetics exam next Monday for PDII’s we will be playing the family ties game on
brotherhood night. Also, Shannon and Kevin still need help with initiation weekend. A sign up
sheet was passed.
House Managers John Deranek and Stephanie Laager:
Anita is looking into moving the pool table. We discussed whether it would be beneficial to hire
someone to move the pool table. No conclusions were reached.
Steward Rachel Bloomquist:
We are having Subway sandwiches, chips and cookies for dinner. People are still needed to cook
on initiation night!
Historian Brooke Huber:
No pictures tonight! The camera broke and Brooke was not notified until after school. Sorry for
the inconvenience. Pictures are now scheduled for this Friday from 4-6. If you cannot make it at
this time you can use your picture from last year (at no charge) or go to a different house and get
your picture taken. A sheet was passed around with the times and locations that pictures will be
taken.

[Bryan] Thursday MPSA is discussing MRM policies. If you still would like to go to MRM and
have not signed up talk to Bryan.
College Board Representative Tracy Nelson:
This Wednesday at lunch there will be ice cream for “pharmacy week” in room 2-620!

Jessica will have a sign up sheet for concessions in December next Monday. She has also signed
us up for concessions next semester. A sign up sheet was passed around for the Halloween Bake
Sale.
Social Beth Mallak and Jason Coleman:
Pass the word around that the PDX Halloween Party is on Saturday night instead of the usual
Friday night!! This Saturday October 25 meet at the PDX house at 7:00 if you would like to go
on the Trial of Terror hayride. A sign up sheet was passed around for paintball Sunday October
26.
