Terms & Conditions

This Promotion is organized by Nokia Pte Ltd (“Nokia”).

You are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions by participating in this
Promotion.

PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

1. The Eligibility Period for this promotion is from 10 Dec 2011 to 31 Jan 2012.
2. Purchase a new Nokia Lumia 800 or 710 Smartphone from any Nokia authorized
   retail outlets in Singapore during the Eligibility Period.
3. Activate your Windows Live ID on your new Nokia Lumia for use with
   Marketplace by 31 Jan 2012. Your Windows Live ID and Marketplace settings
   must have you residing in Singapore as your home country. If you do not have a
   Singapore-based Windows Live ID, you can register for one at
   http://www.live.com/ or follow instructions when you first run Marketplace on
   your new Nokia Lumia.
4. Purchase your applications from Marketplace using a credit card issued by a
   bank in Singapore during the Eligibility Period.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS

1. You can purchase any number of applications from Marketplace during the
   Eligibility Period. However, each Nokia Lumia (identified by the device IMEI) must
   be registered to only one unique Windows Live ID to be entitled to the claim the
   rebate of up to a maximum of S$25 under this Promotion.
2. Only Nokia Lumia 710 & 800 Smartphones sold in Singapore by authorised
   Nokia retailers are eligible for this promotion.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

1. The Closing Date for all submitting your rebate claims to Nokia will be 15 Feb
   2012.
2. You can submit your rebate claims by forwarding the associated Marketplace
   email receipts for your app purchases sent from MICROSOFT *ZUNE
   (billing@microsoft.com) by email to sg@appmylumia.com by the Closing Date.
   The Marketplace receipts must be sent from the associated Windows Live ID
   email address.
3. You can submit multiple rebate claims before the Closing Date. Regardless of
   the total amount of all claims, the maximum total amount of the rebate will be
   S$25 per individual Nokia Lumia which is registered with a unique Windows Live
   ID.
4. You will also need to submit your personal details, including your personal bank
   account information to receive the rebates, by the Closing Date. Your personal
   details can be securely submitted at the Online Claim Website -
   https://www.appmylumia.com/login. For the purpose of processing your claims,
   Nokia will need to disclose your personal details mentioned above to third
   parties, including but not limited to agents and contractors. The personal
   information collected will be processed according to the Nokia Privacy Policy
   which forms part of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
5. For questions about claiming a rebate, or for more information about the status
   of a rebate, please email claims@appmylumia.com.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Submitted Marketplace receipts are subject to verification for authenticity,
   completeness and that they have not been altered in any way. Providing false
   information disqualifies eligibility for the promotion. Nokia reserves the right to
   deny and/or disregard any rebate claim that is deemed to be false or
   fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise does not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the
   Promotion.
2. Each individual Nokia Lumia (by device IMEI number) and associated Windows
   Live ID can only be registered once for the Promotion. Once your personal
   information has been registered at the Online Claim Website, no subsequent
   person will be able to submit a claim using the same Windows Live ID or Nokia
   Lumia (by device IMEI number).
3. Nokia and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost,
   damaged or misdirected or non-receipt of rebate requests.
4. Allow 6-9 weeks from the Closing Date of the Promotion to receive your rebate.
   The total amount will be based on claims which have been verified as valid by
   Nokia and will be final and conclusive, save for manifest error.
5. The rebate will be sent by Nokia or its agent via direct bank transfer and it will
   only be sent to a bank in Singapore. The account must not be a time deposit
   account, a credit card account, a foreign currency account or any other kind of
   account except a Singapore currency savings bank account.
6. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Nokia (including its
   officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for
   any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
   whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
   Promotion, including, but not limited to, (a) any technical difficulties or
   equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any
   theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any rebate claim that
   is not received, is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not
   after their receipt by Nokia) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of
   Nokia.
7. You are solely responsible for all charges incurred in participating in the
   Promotion, including any internet, mobile phone charges and/or SMS charges,
   as may be applicable.
8. Nokia reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of
   this promotion, modify the offer, or end or extend the offer at any time without
