This last sentence is simply not accurate. The Bush Administration, with the complete
compliance of the Democrat Party in Congress, declared war on the American people
when they passed into law the infamous Patriot Act! That law turned America into an
Absolute Dictatorship, on paper. The only reason many patriots have not been arrested
is that the government has not been enacting any of its provisions yet.
The Patriot Act provides the government the authority to arrest anyone for any
reason, without charges, without the legal protection of either a lawyer or a trial
by peers; further, this law allows authorities to imprison anyone in a secret
location, provides for a secret trial, and for secret execution! And not only that,
but authorities may arrest any neighbor or friend who protests their treatment of
the arrested and treat that neighbor or friend in exactly the manner described
above!
Now, let us return to our featured article.

As we have warned since 9/11, the government is geared up to clamp down a total
dictatorship within 72 hours of announcing Martial Law. The Federal Government is
prepared to act quickly, once the World War III begins between Israel and her Arab
neighbors, an event which is only awaiting the full completion of the Club of Rome Plan

You can judge anyone's statement as to the timing of the Absolute Dictatorship by
simply checking the progress of the 10 supernation reorganization.

temporary fencing, barricades, and associated equipment according to federal,
state and local laws, codes and manufacturer installation instructions. The
Subcontractor shall be able to mobilize and deploy key personnel(s) within four
(4) hours of NTP to meet with KBR Site Manager at the Responder Support Camp
(RSC) site in order to finalize the site design plan and acquire site specific design

This sounds like FEMA camp activation to me. The Illuminati is going to make all
the plans they feel they must make, but they will not activate any of them until all
are in place and until Bible prophecy allows them to activate; God is in control of
the timing of this encroaching dictatorship.

The recent passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (Senate Bill 1867),
otherwise known as the ―Indefinite Detention Bill,‖ effectively hands over control to
the military to arrest, torture and even kill terrorists on American soil. It also
allows the military to hold suspected terrorists indefinitely without a trial or due
process. This applies to both non-citizens and citizens of the United States! With
this bill, you are not innocent until proven guilty. You are guilty until proven
innocent, and you may never get a trial to defend yourself. There is surprisingly
little written in the mainstream media about this Senate bill that passed 93 to 7 at the
end of November.
My question is who decides who is a terrorist, and who checks to make sure the
charges are valid?
The Senate bill must now be reconciled with a House-passed version (H.R.1540). If this
bill gets through the House of Representatives in the form it is now, and is signed by the
President, the military will answer to no one.
My other big concern is if 93 Senators from both parties voted for this unconstitutional
legislation, what do these folks see coming? What future scanario do they all see?

Infowars.com has received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that
provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United
States within a 72 hour period. Entitled ―Project Overview and Anticipated Project
Requirements,‖ the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to
subcontractors. The document was passed on to us by a state government employee
who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.
Services up for bid include catering, temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and
medical services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for
temporary ―emergency environment‖ camps located in five regions of the United States.
At first glance, this may seem like no big deal. Why shouldn‘t the government prepare
for emergencies?
However, a review of the document above from Kellogg, Brown & Root Services (KBR),
a subsidiary of mega government contractor Haliburton, notes that the contracting
opportunities available through the government and KBR are specifically for ―temporary
camp services and facilities.‖
Key Excerpts from the email and Project Overview:
-(KBR) is seeking subscontractors on a national basis to provide temporary camp
services and facilities as part of its current and future emergency services contracts
for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers (USACE), and state/local government agencies.
-The continental US will be broken up into five regions – Services will be required in
each State within each region.
-Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24
hours for incremental services. This is a CONTINGENCY PROJECT and it should be
stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature
of emergency responses.
-The personnel on site to be covered by these services will depend on the size and
scope of the recovery effort, but for estimating purposes the camp will range in size
from 301 to 2,000 persons for up to 30 days in length.

Internment Camp Services Bid Arrives After NDAA
KBR‘s call for FEMA camp service bids arrives soon after the Senate overwhelmingly
passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which permits the military to
detain and interrogate supposed domestic terror suspects in violation of the Fourth
Amendment and Posse Comitatus.
Section 1031 of the NDAA bill declares the whole of the United States as a ―battlefield‖
and allows American citizens to be arrested on U.S. soil and incarcerated in
Guantanamo Bay.

Now Offers A Prison Guard Specialty Securing ‗Civilian Detainees.‘
―Every soldier that enlists in the Army chooses a Military Occupational Specialty
(MOS),‖ writes Robert Johnson. ―Designated by a number and a letter, the 31E MOS
now includes advanced responsibilities including command and control of prisoner of
war and civilian internee camps.‖
The job is related to the subcontractor work announced by KBR.
The listing is posted under ―Careers & Jobs‖ on the GoArmy.com website.
The job is similar to one offered by the Army National Guard. We covered it in
July of 2009. Following our original post, the Army National Guard removed the job
posting from its website.

This is said to be for MOS: military occupation specialists. The defenders of this video
say this is for occupation outside the USA. but the 2012 revision of the NDAA
incorporated this when it was signed into law by President Obama. FEMA‘s emergency
camps are not outside the USA.
How could all this be? Simple. This is where the Patriot Act was headed even before
September 11, 2001. Back when it was written for Bill Clinton, this was the implication.
There are people who think this could not happen in America. When the National
Guard has a recruiting video for internment camp specialists, it is getting ready to
happen. Notice that the video was shot in the USA. The people pictured in the video
are not all Arabs (one guy is dressed with an Arab head covering). This wide variety of
prisoners is good for avoiding ACLU lawsuits against profiling. But it goes deeper than
this. The problem is that the profiling will not be racial or cultural. It will be ideological:
opponents of federal government policy.

On Thursday, Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers posted a bulletin on the organization‘s
blog reporting on federal agents demanding a food storage cannery in Tennessee
turn over customer lists so they might discover who is purchasing bulk storable
foods and storing it at the facility owned by Mormons.
He then speculates as to why the feds would demand customer lists. ―DHS/FEMA
wants to know which Americans have food storage so the federal government can at
some future point confiscate that food. Just as with lists of gun owners, compiling such
lists is the first step toward future confiscation,‖ he writes.
In fact, the government codified the concept of food confiscation and
redistribution when President Kennedy issued Executive Order 10999 on
February 16, 1962.
10999 was one of several executive orders signed by Kennedy under the rubric of
“national emergency” that extended extrajudicial power to FEMA, including the
ability to control communications, energy, food, fuel, farms, transportation,
highways, railroads, inland waterways and seaports, health, education and
welfare. The EO also allows FEMA to organize citizen work brigades under
government control and undertake the relocation of the population.
10999 also gives FEMA the authority to control all public storage facilities.
On June 3, 1994, President Clinton consolidated all previous FEMA executive orders
into one all-encompassing order, #12919.
As many have noted, FEMA is not an emergency agency. It is a martial law agency. It is
often referred to as the ―secret government‖ of the United States.
―It is not an elected body, it does not involve itself in public disclosures, and it even has
a quasi-secret budget in the billions of dollars,‖ writes Harry V. Martin. ―This government
organization has more power than the President of the United States or the Congress, it
has the power to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens
without a warrant and hold them without trial, it can seize property, food supplies,
transportation systems, and can suspend the Constitution.‖
If we take the above into consideration, it makes sense that the feds would be
interested in keeping track of facilities storing food supplies.

military involvement in a FEMA-led takeover within the United States under partially-

The plan for the takeover of the United States has not only been drafted, but activated.

on the FEMA payroll, after a member expressed concerns about religious leaders
being used to condition their congregation to accept the declaration of martial

dramatically successful in convincing German Protestants to cooperate with Hitler and

Do Christians who use Romans 13 to teach that we should not oppose President Bush
or any other political leader, really believe that civil magistrates have unlimited authority
to do anything they want without opposition? For example, what if our President decided
to resurrect the old monarchal custom of Jus Primae Noctis (Law of First Night)? That
was the old medieval custom when the king claimed the right to sleep with a subject‟s
bride on the first night of their marriage. Would our sincere Christian brethren
sheepishly say, „Romans Chapter 13 says we must submit to the government‟? I think
not. And would any of us respect any man who would submit to such a law? So, there
are limits to authority. All human authority is limited in nature. No man has unlimited
authority over the lives of other men. (Lordship and Sovereignty is the exclusive domain
of Jesus Christ.) Did John the Baptist violate God‟s principle of submission to authority
when he publicly scolded King Herod for his infidelity? Did Simon Peter and the other
Apostles violate God‟s principle of submission to authority when they refused to stop
preaching on the streets of Jerusalem? Act 5:29: “Then Peter and the other apostles
answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.” So, even the great
prophets, apostles, and writers of the Bible (including the writer of Romans Chapter 13)

Standing in the pulpit of Mount Moriah Baptist Church in South Los Angeles FCC
Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein asked the Baptist Ministries Conference of Los
Angeles (nearly 50 African American preachers) to include information on the June 12
digital TV switch in their sermons. Woodie Ramsey, a deacon at Southern Missionary
Baptist Church of South East Los Angeles, said the ministers were prepared to spread
the word: “It‟s incumbent upon each church to take care of the needs of its ministry, and
this is just one more need for our people,” he said. “We‟ll do our part.”
Meanwhile “The Worldwide Church of God” has refused to divulge how many of its
pastors are now on the FEMA payroll, after a member expressed concerns about
religious leaders being used to condition their congregation to accept the declaration of

news that FEMA was training pastors and other religious representatives to become
secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to obey the government in
preparation for a declaration of martial law, property and firearm seizures, and forced

In this teaching we will first update you on the impending crisis in the Middle East
relating to both the impending war between the Israel and the Islamic nations and the

churches as pacifiers (to their congregations) in preparations for Martial Law (which will
be the lynch pin in the US for seizure of guns, property, forced inoculations, forced
relocation/imprisonment, etc.). We will then look at the 30 ways that the IRS tries to
control preachers and churches in America via their 501-c-3 tax-exempt, corporate

Concerned about such developments, a member of the California-based Worldwide
Church of God, an organization that boasts 64,000 members in 860 congregations
in about 90 countries, asked if any of the church‟s pastors were involved in the
FEMA program.
“The head office quickly replied hastily within an hour by telling me, “Sorry, that
is privileged information”, the man states. “The reply was in big bold script like
I‟ve never seen before in emails. I was also a bit put off by the word “privileged.”
It seems that church groups are reticent to let slip any information concerning the
issue of pastors being trained to help manage a state of martial law following the
controversy stirred up by the exposure of the program in 2006.
Indeed, the pastors that took a risk by first divulging the information to us were
later threatened by Homeland Security and told to keep their mouths shut.

DHS Officers Armed With Semiautomatics Set Up Unannounced ID Checkpoint
Residents of Leesburg, Florida were shocked to see their local Social Security office
turned into a random Homeland Security checkpoint Tuesday morning, as DHS officers
armed with semiautomatic rifles and accompanied by sniffer dogs checked
identifications of locals.
―With their blue and white SUVs circled around the Main Street office, at least one
official was posted on the door with a semiautomatic rifle, randomly checking
identifications. And other officers, some with K-9s, sifted through the building,‖ reports
the Daily Commercial.
The activity was part of Operation Shield, an unannounced drill conducted by the DHS‘
Federal Protective Service centered around ―detecting the presence of unauthorized
persons and potentially disruptive or dangerous activities.‖
Thomas Milligan, district manager for the Social Security Administration office, said
staff were not informed their offices were about to be stormed by armed FPS
officers. DHS officials refused to answer questions asked by local media and left
with no explanation at noon.

The Pentagon Is Offering Free Military Hardware to Every Police Department In
The US
The U.S. military has some of the most advanced killing equipment in the world that
allows it to invade almost wherever it likes at will.
We produce so much military equipment that inventories of military robots, M-16

Benjamin Carlson at The Daily reports on a little known endeavor called the "1033
Program" that gave more than $500 million of military gear to U.S. police forces in 2011
alone.
1033 was passed by Congress in 1997 to help law-enforcement fight terrorism and
drugs, but despite a 40-year low in violent crime, police are snapping up hardware
like never before. While this year's staggering take topped the charts, next year's
orders are up 400 percent over the same period.

Chinese man dies of highly virulent strain of H5N1 flu

December 31, 2011 – CHINA - A 39-year-old man in southern China died Saturday
from what appears to be a contagious strain of avian flu, state media reported
Saturday. The man was hospitalized in Shenzhen on December 21 as he battled a
fever. He tested positive for the H5N1 avian influenza virus, the provincial health
department said in a statement, according to the official news agency. The man
had not traveled out of the city of Shenzhen, nor did he have direct contact with
poultry in the month before he came down with the fever, according to the
department. Shenzhen borders Hong Kong, where more than 17,000 chickens
were ordered culled on the same day that Chen was hospitalized. That decision

Although the flu was classified as novel, the fact remains that due to pandemic

outbreak in Hong Kong and the new mutations found in multiple strains of the 2009
―swine flu‖.
HONG KONG - On Saturday a 39-year old man died from a deadly contagious strain of
the H5N1 avian flu virus as 17,000 chickens were culled the same day the man was
hospitalized and diagnosed with H5N1 as a safety measure.
An excerpt from a CNN article demonstrates how the United Nations (linked to
depopulation agendas and genocide through documents/reports) forecast this dreadful
event;
This summer, the United Nations warned of a possible resurgence of the virus — which
peaked in 2006, at one point infecting people in 63 countries — saying there are
indications a mutant strain may be spreading in Asia.
A variant strain of H5N1 — which can apparently bypass the defenses of current
vaccines — had appeared as of late August in Vietnam and China, reported the Food
and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
There have also been recent mutations occurring in various flu strains worldwide. A

a primer used as a catalyst in a two-part bio-weapon to later be used to
exterminate portions of world populace.

shows world population numbers of 12 – 15 billion worldwide around the year 2000, to
be held at a target goal of 6 – 8 billion.

A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000 per day and up
to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities during a public health emergency.
So if you are instructed to take the swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse,
you could be facing fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.
It has been previously proven that the 2009 H1N1 was manufactured as reported

motive, but why the weaponization? The 2009 H1N1 was gene spliced and

Henry Kissinger recommended the development of covertly sterilizing vaccines in a

Jerry Brown has just signed into law a bill that will allow children as young as 12 to

But these figures are based on statistics from medical professionals who do not
wish to be sued. In reality, ―less than 10% of deaths, seizures, paralysis, etc., are
being reported as caused by the vaccinations that doctors gave in their office.
The following real-world estimates are based on reports from a law firm:

seizure or dies afterward, parents may not see their own children‘s medical records.
This is what is left of the ―informed consent‖ meant to provide human rights to protect

Warning: Flu Shots Are Coming to Your Church--If You Go to Church, Heed This

Recently the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, held
an invitation-only call.
The call was co-sponsored by the U.S. Health and Human Services, the Office of
Minority Health, and CDC.
Conspicuously, the end of the invitation read:
―This call is off the record and is not for press purposes‖ -- but it became public when it
showed up on the HHS website.
Fortunately one of our staff was able to get on the call.
The focus of the call was on getting faith-based organizations to sponsor flu clinics with
Walgreens.
Basically, they want to move inside your church, mosque or synagogue, and set up
shop, with your pastor, priest, imam and rabbi on hand to convince you to get a flu shot.
As an example, they cited a priest who stopped in the middle of mass to roll up his
sleeve and get vaccinated, inspiring the rest of his parish to line up behind him.
The idea of holding out your arm and getting a shot in the middle of a worship service,
with your pastoral leader urging you on is horrific. The reason they‘re doing this, health
officials said on the phone, is that they‟ve found that non-traditional settings such
as worship services can be highly effective in influencing people‟s decisions.
Speaking directly to church leaders, Joshua DuBois, executive director of the White
House Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnership, said:
―As trusted messengers, you‘re able to spread messages and help get people
vaccinated.‖
Zeroing in on minorities, particularly older adults, blacks and Latinos, health
officials said churches, mosques and schools are places where barriers to
vaccinations can be taken down, and these minorities can be convinced to get
vaccinated.
Besides hosting flu shot clinics, churches can also help by putting reminders in
their bulletins, and by church members personally reminding others to get their
shots, officials said.
They even went so far as to encourage the churches to pay people‟s insurance
co-pays so they‟d be more inclined to get the shots. For those who simply can‟t
pay anything, there‟ll be 300,000 free shots given out as part of the flu vaccine
crusade.
The original concept of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, developed in
2001, was to help community leaders enhance the 1998 Initiative to Eliminate Racial
and Ethnic Disparities in Health.
The partnership targets cancer screening, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, infant
mortality, HIV/AIDS and vaccinations.
For at least 10 years, this collaboration of community-based volunteers, nonprofit
organizations and faith-based groups worked at a grassroots level in their respective
neighborhoods, funded by Congress through various health care grants.
However, in 2010 the initiative took a turn with the Patient Protection and
Affordable Care Act, which moved the initiative‟s management to the Center for
Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, paving the way for the federal
government to fund and run projects like flu clinics right in your church.
It‘s no surprise that flu shots were already covered by most insurance plans, Medicare
and the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program.
But for some reason health officials have decided it‘s OK to push the government into
places of worship, mid-service, to sell and administer vaccines – and this no-press-
allowed phone call reiterated that over and over again. I can only wonder which vaccine
they‘ll move into your church next, all in the name of ―community health.‖
In February 2011, new research showed that 76 percent of white seniors get flu
vaccines, with 68 percent of English-speaking Hispanic seniors getting them, and 64
percent of Spanish-speaking Hispanic seniors doing so. In the phone conference,
officials emphasized that they want to increase flu vaccine coverage beyond those
numbers.
But unfortunately, they neglected to mention the shocking lack of evidence supporting
flu vaccines.
The truth is flu vaccines just don‘t do what the CDC claims they do. I‘ve written about
this several times so far this year and the past few years, along with major news media
like Time Health.
Using the Lancet‟s own numbers, statistics show that the vaccine only works 1.5 times
out of 100.
It‘s a far cry from the 60 percent the CDC claims on its website, or the 70 to 90 percent
it claimed before it changed the numbers this year. Some people call this lying with
statistics, but any way you look at it the secret‘s out: flu vaccine statistics just don‘t add
up to warrant pushing them in your church – or anywhere for that matter.
Ultimately it is the state of your immune system that determines whether or not you will
get sick from being exposed to viral or bacterial organisms associated with infectious
diseases like the flu.
The key to boosting your immune system lies in your lifestyle habits -- healthy food,

Thank you brother Scott, for your obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ and your diligence
to report on the silver and it‘s health benefits.
I purchased the silver, Vit C and Vit D from you a few weeks back for a severe systemic
candida infection. This was not diagnosed with lab tests, but with prayer. I want to let
you know the astounding effects of this treatment.
I have had several days where I could not move onto the next level of dosage due to
EXTREME headaches and muscle aches, but I am getting there. No longer do I have
to use prednisone and albuterol to breath. In fact I have not been able to take deep
breaths like this in a long time! My arthritic joints are mostly pain free and moveable. I
am starting to hear much better, which I was almost deaf and the doctors could not
figure out why.

Start up dosage for the Mild Silver Protien if a high amount of infection or yeast is
suspected
Mild Silver Protein (5000 - 1100 PPM): This product does not taste good but it is vitally
necessary for your success. To help the taste one drop of Peppermint Oil can be
applied to your tongue prior to dosing the silver. I recommend ‗Now Organic
Peppermint Oil‘ which you can easily find online. You need to hold each dosage of silver
under the tongue/cheeks for at least one minute (preferably 2-3 minutes). This gets it
into your blood stream. There is some information you need to know on the label but
