women.
In 1986, there were 77 diagnoses of Mesothelioma in the
United States. In 2000, the figure was 1,493.
On a worldwide scale, there are approximately 9 diagnoses of
Mesothelioma per 1,000,000 people each and every year.
The peak incidence for Malignant Mesothelioma is 40-years
after exposure.
