Get yourself an iPhone case
If you have bought the latest iPhone, you need to get a protective case for it as soon as possible.
The best time to get one would probably be when you buy your iPhone, but be wary not to get
ripped off as many shops grossly overcharge for iPhone cases. Without cases you are running a
high risk of damaging your iPhone, and potentially having to pay large bills to have it fixed. The
construction of the iPhone is very good, and the aluminium is very strong, but the glass panels on
either side of the phone are very vulnerable to scratches and breakages. To put into perspective
how much repairs can cost, for a replacement screen you are looking at paying over 200 dollars.

An iPhone case is a relatively insignificant investment compared to price of purchasing a new
iPhone. What I find is that people don't realise how easy it is to break there iPhone, they seem to
forget just how delicate and intricate the inside of an iPhone is, and that the glass covers are very
brittle. Simple things like leaving your phone on the edge of the table, one slip and you could be
looking at over 200 dollars of damage. I am not saying that a case will always save your phone but
9/10 times it will. A misconception is that an iPhone case is expensive, from online auction sites
you can buy a case for a little as a dollar. All you need to protect you iPhone is a leather sleeve, or
a simple plastic case. The case you need to buy must be cushioning and be able to absorb some
of the shock, should you drop it. If you are a clumsy person, who drops the iPhone rather a lot, I
might suggest that you buy and iPhone case which is a bit more substantial and made out of top
quality materials.
Get a screen protector
Screen Protectors for your iPhone are also a really good idea as they will protect your iPhone
screen from scratches. Simple things such as coins in your pocket or your keys can scratch the
iPhone screen. Scratches will make it much harder to use your iPhone and make it much harder to
sell if you want to sell it when you upgrade. I really do urge you to buy a protective case as they
will really pay their way in the long run. I will leave you with one last fact that I hope will urge you to
get an iPhone case- 1 in 3 iPhones which are bought will not be usable due to breakage after two
