consumed. If you do reduce the calories, be sure that the required protein level is maintained.

fat, you must exercise regularly. Focus on core lifts such as squats, bench presses, dead lifts, and

shoulder presses. By doing exercises that work the major muscle groups you'll build up muscle

quickly. Work out three or four days each week, but no more. You need to rest to allow the muscle
