will work over time to cover this area. So drop a few pounds and you might find that your

Take up some exercise and sweat it out! Sounds counter-intuitive right? But it isn't. If you take up
some exercise you will naturally sweat and sweat out some of the sweat in your body at the right
time. This means that when you're dressed and ready for a night out, you're less likely to break out
in a sweat.
Make sure that you're prepared for any situation you know you have coming up. One of the main
reasons that you could be sweating so much could be because you find yourself panicking and
stressing out when you have a big event. For instance, if you have to do a presentation at work
