City of Charter Oak, Iowa
RESOLUTION APPROVING I-JOBS APPLICATION FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CHARTER OAK CITY COUNCIL;
WHEREAS, The City of Charter Oak is interested in the improvements to the storm sewer system in the
City of Charter Oak; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Charter Oak has determined that said storm sewer improvements will mitigate
storm water and flooding damage in the city, and;
WHEREAS, I-Jobs funding is sought to provide financial assistance for the improvement of such facilities.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Charter Oak that the Charter Oak Storm Sewer
Improvement Project be authorized and approved; and,
