1- Photocopies of property documents.

2- Owner’s residential proof (ration card/ electric bill / passport/voter card )

4- Other property related documents are required to be submitted after our search of the property

papers with the concerned interest @ 4% to 8% flat per annum.

5- Period of loan allowed up to a maximum of 20 years only loan against property and project

loan.authorities.

6- Documentation should be completed within 45 days from the date of issue of approval letter

otherwise the company will be bound to cancel the loan.

income and future plan shall be taken into consideration.

17- Processing fees is required to be paid by the borrower after approval of loan through DD in favor of

financial firm/company. Which is non-refundable.

18. The provision of issuing a sanction/commitment letter, if issued, is binding on the prospective

Lender financer and is also a claimable right of the prospective borrower under the law.

19- Loan process and disbursement both take about 30-45 days.

20- Additional provision of guarantee for the security of payable interest is a prerequisite or essential in

case property related legal mortgage.

21- Bank type texts of legal mortgage and surety documentation are preferred and executed.

22- For the surety of loan company will take two property guarantors up to Rs.5 lacks and above Rs.5

lacks two govt. guarantors are required.

23- In case of urgency 2% of the loan amount will be charged extra as process fee.

We as a Facilitator can Arrange the Foreign Currency Loan and Bank Guarantee for a Client

with following Parameter and Guideline.





1. Acceptance of Assignment : Facilitator is ready & Prepared to take an Assignment if

Proposed Loan is above (Rs.250 Crore).





2. Period of Assignment : 60 to 90 days after signing of Working Agreement between

Facilitator and the Client and subject to availability of all

Information and Documents Mandatory Required for the

Procedure and Process Purpose.





3. Required Document for Preliminary Approval by Lender/B.G. Provider :

3.1 Letter of intent (LOI)

3.2 Company Information Sheet (CIS)

3.3 Passport Copy of the Principal(For Identification Driving License is Acceptable)

3.4 Summary of the Project- 3 to 4 Pages

3.5 Comfort Letter from the Bank in case of Bank guarantee(B.G.)

3.6 Any other Information if Needed by the Lender or B.G. Provider







NOTE : The Facilitator will Provide Blank Documents i.e.3.1, 3.2. Client has to Complete the Format,

sign with seal of the Company.





4. Procedure/Fee and Commitment Charges :





4.1 The Client Management will Send the Formal Letter to Engage Facilitator for

Assignment.

4.2 Facilitator will send the Acceptance Letter along with the Working Agreement to

be signed by Authorized Signatory of the Management.

4.3 Client will return the signed Working Agreement along with Commitment fee

(Mutually Decided)

4.4 Assignment Fees is 1% of the Face Value of the Funds- Payable at the time to

Disbursement of funds Directly from the lender

4.5 FPA: Fee Protection Agreement to be signed by the Client at the time of Signing

the Loan Agreement to Pay 1% to Facilitator.
