As long as you have an internet connection, you can request remote assistance from anywhere in the
world. Really. It’s true.
When you need assistance simply submit a support ticket via our secure network, or call us for help.
You receive a lightening-quick response to your query as soon as humanly possible (yes, we are human,
not robots that live in the depths of cyberspace).
We will download a small plug-in onto your desktop which enables us to share your screen and take
control of your mouse and keyboard. You can retake control at any time during the process just by
moving your mouse.
We diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the technical glitch utilising extensive remote technologies. By
taking control of your machine during diagnosis, we can see your problems as if we were physically
sitting next to you.
Chat support enables you to communicate with us during the diagnosis and repair process and
eliminates language barriers.
Whether you have just one workstation or a multi-site operation, we can assist.
When your problems are resolved, we hand back complete control of your workstation, until the next
time you need us.

The technology…
Here’s the technical stuff.
Totally secure: A highly trustworthy solution, utilising the same architecture as all Citrix products; end-to-end
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption. No unencrypted
information is ever stored on our system.
Firewalls: In the majority of cases there is no need to re-configure your corporate or individual firewall. HTTP
outbound connections enable screen-sharing even with firewalls in place.
Virus transfer: You cannot catch a virus or any malware from using or downloading the remote support
service. The software is digitally signed to prevent 3rd party interference.
Unattended Support: With your permission, we can provide secure unattended support sessions even
when you are not at your computer. This means that we are able to resolve problems for you within a live
environment without your assistance. All network activity is encrypted using SSL and AES encryptions so only an
approved my-guru technician can work on your machine. As the software is 100% permission based, you have
the ability to block or discontinue an unattended support session at any time.

To enable us to provide you with optimum support, you will need:
Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or later) or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 (or later)
The ability to make direct outgoing TCP connections or availability of an HTTP proxy or a SOCKS server
28.8Kbps or greater
Internet connection (56K recommended)
Pentium-class PC running Windows 95, 98, 2000, Me, NT 4.0, XP or Vista (recommended)
