Friday, October 28
4:00-5:30 p.m.         Early conference registration at the Dearborn Inn (staff will be onsite at the Dearborn Inn)
6:00 p.m.              Jubilee Reception and Dinner at The Henry Ford Museum, featuring a retrospective of the
                       MSE and keynote presentation by Dr. Harvey Feigenbaum.

Saturday, October 29
The conference program will take place at the Dearborn Inn. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. The
program runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and includes breakfast and lunch.

      The registration fee includes both the Friday dinner program and the Saturday conference, whether or not
       you attend the dinner. There are no Saturday-only registration fees.
      The online registration system asks for a Beaumont ID. If you have not used the Beaumont registration
       system previously and do not have an ID, just continue on with the registration process. You will simply
       create a new account with a password.
      Echo in the Slopes is a separate event which will be held February 11-12, 2012, Crystal Mountain Resort.

Continuing Medical Education Credits
      A total of 10.25 CME credits have been approved for the two-day program. The Friday dinner program
       includes CME credits.
      Each attendee is on the honor system to report the number of CME credits they earned. If you do not
       attend on Friday and/or do not attend the entire Saturday conference, you are responsible for reporting the
       appropriate number of credits earned.
      Following the conference, submit the certificate of attendance to your accrediting body to earn CE credits.

      Friday dinner program: Cocktail attire
