Time to Setup Your Base of Operations

These tactics work best with Wordpress Blogs you host yourself.

A good combination is to register your domains with Dotster and
host your sites on Hostgator. We highly recommend both
Hostgator and Dotster. Domains vary in price, but for hosting it
will cost a mere $9.95 per month for a Baby Gator account.

A Baby Gator account has unlimited email accounts, domains &
over 4,500 free website templates for you to use.

With hostgator you will be able to use “Fantasico Delux” to set up
your Wordpress blogs, PHPBB forums, Joomla, html files & php
web sites with 1 click of your mouse button.

Depending on which package you need, Hostgator is well worth
the price!

In fact, click here to get started with Hostgator and I'll give you the
discount coupon code to save even more on your first month!

Are you using the Firefox browser? Why not?

Download it free here:

It's proven to be safer and stronger than other browsers, which is
why it consumes more CPU resources. It also comes very custom
since you can add a bunch of plugins. I recommend you add the
SEO plugin for Firefox so you can get information about sites
quickly and easily. Click the url below to get it free.

Already got your domain and hosting? If not Click Here to register

Already downloaded Wordpress? If not, get it here:

You install Wordpress by:

1. Creating a MYSQL database on your server. This is easily
found in the Cpanel. Give the database a name and create it. It
should look something like "username_database" and be
sure to remember the password you created for it. Create a new
user and be sure to assign that user all permissions to your new
database. Your user should look like "username_user"

2. Upload all of the Wordpress files to your site. If you want your
main domain to be your blog, simply upload to the public_html
folder (or other if not using Hostgator). If you want the blog to
only be a part of the main site, create a new folder inside the
public_html folder with the name of the subdirectory you want
the blog to appear. It can be as simple as "blog" in which case
your blog can be found at "". Unzip the
Wordpress files and upload them all to your directory of choice.

3. Go to where you installed your blog and follow the steps on the
screen, Wordpress now lets you do everything in your browser.
      On-Site Optimization = Maximum Profits
Before you get started there are a few steps you must follow to
make these methods work, if you won't to make maximum dollars
and keep your traffic coming back for more you will have to
optimize your site!

For these methods to work you must use/find a profitable market.

If your focus is on Google Adsense, we recommend you must
focus your site around keywords that will pay over $1.00 per click.

1. Go to the Google keyword tool:
2. Enter main keyword phrase
3. Under "choose columns to display" select "estimated average
4. Click the new CPC tab at the top once or twice to organize the
keywords in order of the highest CPC

Your site needs to look good, so use a nice theme/skin or template.
You also must know how to optimize your layout and content, do
not use plain text only.

There are three main places you want to include your best
keywords. Those three places are:

The site's URL. Not necessarily the domain, but if you want your
visitors to land on your home page for a certain term, it's good to
include your best keyword in the domain. If not, use them in the
URLs of the other pages on your site.

The site's Title Meta Tags. Some people say meta tags are
worthless, but that's because they either forget or underestimate the
power of the title tag. Always use a good long title, 6-7 words and
include your keywords.

The site's Description Meta Tags. The description meta tag is
the search engine's first choice for what to display in the search
engine results, so make it good. Make it an advert that will
encourage visitors to visit your site and include your best keywords
there so they'll be bolded and attract visitor's attention.

          Recommended WordPress Plugins:
Now it's time add a few must have plugins to your wordpress blog.

1. All in One SEO Pack. This plugin enables you to add meta
descriptions & keywords to each and every blog post, it is a

2. Google Sitemap Generator. You want to have your new pages
indexed and spidered fast, this plugin creates a self-updating
   sitemap file.

3. Feedburner Feedsmith plugin. This will ensure maximum
   compatibility of your content syndication

4. MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer and the MaxBlogPress Favicon
plugins. You will need to register from inside your blog's
dashboard after activating these. One keeps your blog from
being banned for over-pinging and the other makes your blog
welcome in the world of web 2.0 with easily selected and edited
favicons to identify your site in bookmarks.

5. Auto Social Poster (paid) or other social bookmarking plugin.
Download all of these plugins to a file on your computer...

Next extract all the files, then, using an FTP client like Filezilla,
upload the files to your directory/wp-content/plugins folder on
your website's server. The word "directory" above will be
wherever you uploaded the WordPress files.

Once you've got your MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer registered and
activated, add our list of ping directories there. Inside the settings
there should be a link to the Ping Optimizer where you registered
and activated, it's also where you can add this list. All of these
work as of the time of this writing. Many stopped working so this
list has been cut down quite a bit.

Here is a list of sites you should be Pinging your blog to...
                            RSS Feeds
Every WordPress blog has an RSS feed, which is like a radio or
television broadcast of whatever you post to your blog: whoever
tunes in to your feed sees your content. All you have to do is add
/feed/ to your url so it would look like this:

This is the feed you want to use on Feedburner. Go to Feedburner's
site and enter your blog's URL with /feed on the end of it and tell it
to burn it. Your feed is now supercharged and you can add extra
options from within feedburner.

In your blog's dashboard, you should activate the Feedburner
Feedsmith plugin now, so that your blog will choose the
Feedburner feed instead of the default one.

Submit your feed to RSS feed directories. This will bring traffic to
your blog every time you updates, and the search engines will love
it. It's good to add a link to your site in your posts so when the feed
gets picked up and published, you'll have lots of links to your site.

You can speed this up with the program RSS Submit which
automates submission of your feed to many RSS directories.
