How to Use Hubpages
Hubpages is a great resource to get awesome free traffic to any website or affiliate
link. I use this technique a lot in my own online business. In this article I am going to go
through the exact steps I follow to build successful hubs that generate a ton of free quality
traffic. If you are a little stuck with Hubpages like I was in the beginning you are in the
right place because I’ll show you how to make the best hubs. It took me a long time to
perfect these techniques I am about to teach below, so enjoy!
The main factor of your hub is going to be text. The organization of your text is
by far the most important factor in an appealing hub that gets a lot of visitors. I introduce
my topic with one introduction paragraph that goes over what I am going to cover in the
hub. This paragraph shouldn’t be long at all. Right after the introduction I like to put in a
video usually that I have recorded myself. You can also include videos that other people
have made. It is super easy to attatch Youtube videos into your hub, which is what I
usually do. The video I make isn’t too long and all it does is introduce the topic of the
hub and some of the information I cover in the main body of the hub. If you don’t want
to put a video in after the introduction I suggest you put atleast one video in your hub
somewhere. The more videos you have the better, so put in a few. My number one rule
is that you don’t want to have too much text together, so if you aren’t putting a video
after your introduction you want to put in a picture. After the introduction and the video,
I put in the main content of my hub. If you have a lot of text for this section you should
divide it up with pictures. One of the ways I organize my main content is through bullets
and sub headings so it is easier to follow. After you finish your main content throw in
antoher video or image and then you want to add in your conclusion paragraph. This
paragraph should be pretty short. All it needs to do is cover the information in the rest of
the hub. This is just a chance for you to summarize the information. After this
conclusion, I like to put in a short paragraph that is similar to a resource box in an article.
This is wear you will put a link back to your site. Make this paragraph enticing so people
will click your link but you also want to make it relevant to the rest of the hub.
Once you have all of these steps down you are ready to publish your hub.
Sometimes the hubpages people are really picky so I like to not include my link to my
offer. I usually make sure my hub is approved and established before I go back in and
put my link in. Good luck and get some good traffic!
