Since international students do not qualify for need-based financial aid, Chapman University
helps offset the cost of tuition by offering students various scholarships and awards.

Most departments have assistantships or fellowships for which international students are
eligible. Amounts vary significantly by program so please contact the department directly
for more information.

MBA Applicants
The George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics offers scholarships for students
based on academic record and GMAT scores. Scholarships start at $6,000 and continue up
to almost the full cost of tuition. Students are awarded an amount for the duration of the
program rather than in semester or year allotments. Students hoping for scholarships from
the MBA program need to have GMAT scores above 560 for the flex program and 600 for the
full-time program.
JD/MBA and MBA/MFA are eligible for these scholarships as well.
