A community radio station is launching in the Penryn & Falmouth area in

March 2009, and volunteers are needed to get the station going. It's aim is to

generate programming that is created by the community for the community,

focusing on important local issues, entertainment, information and music.

The station is a registered community interest company and will offer air

time to local services. The station will also offer opportunities for local

residents to gain training in radio and achieve qualifications in radio
