Community Resource Guide
An annual publication of the Tigard-Tualatin Family Resource Center
Welcome to the TTFRC Community Resource Guide 2009-2010
As many of you know, there is a shortage of resources available to
those living in southeast Washington County. The purpose of the
TTFRC Community Resource Guide is to provide a tool for those
who work closely with children, youth and families in the Tigard
and Tualatin area. It contains information about the most commonly
needed services and how to access them.
This guide is not a comprehensive guide of services and agencies in
Washington County. Please do not hesitate to call TTFRC for
information about services that are not included in this guide. In the
first section — Community Resources Overview — there are also
numbers for other excellent places to acquire social service
information and referral. Please visit our website at www.ttfrc.org
to find out about upcoming classes and to download this guide in
Spanish.
Special thanks go to volunteers and staff for the many hours of
work that went into this guide. Also, a big “thank you” to each of
you who are working hard to serve and help families in our schools
and community. We hope that this guide will be of help to you!
Sincerely,
Catherine West
