Objective: Student will identify, describe, locate examples of, and represent visually 20 of
the 42 various landforms of the world listed.

Instructions:
1. Using resources such as an atlas, encyclopedia, library books, textbook, and
internet, you will locate and identify a minimum of 20 of the 42 landforms listed
above. By researching maps etc. you will give the exact location of the landform.
2. You will create a poster titled “Landforms”. The poster should be neat and colorful.
3. You will display each landform you locate on this poster. For each one you should
include:
a. Type of landform
b. Name of the landform, if any (example, Gulf of Mexico)
c. Visual representation of the landform (picture, map section, drawing, etc.)
d. Exact location of the landform
