Training is a procedure of learning a series of programmed behaviour.
Actually training is the application of knowledge which helps people to become aware
about rules and procedures. due to training improvement occurs in the
performance of employees .it is due to training which prepares employees for
the future jobs. Training changes the behavior of employees and makes them
enable to do their jobs better .training helps employees in various ways as it
increases their technique their efficiency.
Importance of training: the un trained employees are unable to increase the
quality and quantity of output. Usually it increases not only the quantity but also

Types of training: there are various types of training giving to employees.
