This Phone Call Log should be used to track daily sales calls. The sales representative should record the time of the call, the targeted company, the contact's name, the result of the call, and information about future or follow-up contact. This spreadsheet includes mouseover instructions as well as dropdown selections for certain columns. This form can be used by sales managers to track the progress of customer leads as well as to track the productivity of sales representatives.
