Dear Friend:
(and/or Member)
This is a special thank you for participating in the fundraising efforts to repair the east wall of the
church building and for volunteering at the fundraising events.
We were able to raise the $15,000.00 for the repairs to the east wall of the church and these
repairs are now complete.
Many members have already commented on the great workmanship and on how the newer
insulation has made the church much more comfortable at Sunday services.
As we have mentioned in past Sunday services, the church is also in desperate need of new
windows for the hall entrance area. The contractor who repaired the east wall is available to
work on the church’s windows and is also willing to donate all of the weather stripping, free of
charge.
We ask for your generous help once more, so as to raise funds for the replacement of the church
windows. We need to raise $25,000.00 for this project. If you could possibly donate $30.00 per
week to this project, we think we can meet our target fundraising by the next quarter.
Your donations are 100 percent tax deductible. Please consider donating $30.00 per week to
our improvement efforts. Whatever amount you can afford would be greatly appreciated. Please
indicate your level of commitment below. Remember, your contributions are fully deductible.
Donation amount ____________ per _____Week or _____Month
Your contributions are invaluable and very much appreciated. Donations to this project may be
given every Sunday, at Services; or mailed in to the Church, at your convenience.
With Many Thanks,
The Improvement Committee
