would determine this. Also as you age the skin produces less sebum and various other
changers such as menopause.

time you wash your hands to keep the skin moist. Before going to bed it would help to

day. When going out especially on a sunny day, it is recommended that sunscreen is
worn. Wearing a glove in cold winter weather helps keep the moisture and also drinking
lots of water daily will keep the body hydrated. It is also important to practice
exfoliation, this will remove the dead skin cells. When lotions or ointments are applied,
they will penetrate into the skin. If symptoms persist then consult a doctor, who will
make a diagnosis and prescribe the right treatment for your dry hands.
