retailer of paints and decorative items. It is one
of the operating companies of ICI Group, and is
one of the largest producers of specialty
products and paints in the world. The company
manufactures and sells decorating products and
paints under the brand names of Glidden, Dulux,
Fuller O'Brien, Devoe, C-I-L, Ralph Lauren,
Color Your World and Liquid Nails caulks. ICI
paints sell these products through company
stores, retail outlets and paint dealers in the US,
Canada and Puerto Rico. The company’s
clientele includes large professionals, re-
modelers and the do-it-yourself consumers. It
also provides distribution services worldwide. ICI
Paints has nine manufacturing facilities in North
America. It is an indirect subsidiary of Akzo
Nobel. ICI Paints, Inc. is headquartered in
