user-centered decision-making model and Decision Support System for U.S. Navy air threat

assessment, Investigating the relationship between uncertainty, experience, and decision-making

performance in a Marine Corps Combat Operation Center, Evaluating methods for enhancing

situation awareness, Cognitive task analysis of U.S. Navy command center operations, and

development and design and evaluation of user interfaces. Work included statistical data analysis

with SPSS, reviewing and synthesizing relevant literature, writing, presenting research findings at

client sites and conferences, proposal writing, and interaction with government and private

industry clients.
