Registration/Rehearsal – 2:30pm to 3:30pm (Doors open at 2:30pm)
Competition – 4:00pm, AGE 0 through 19, Beauty First (please wear theme wear for crowning)
Baby Miss Jeepers Creepers (birth to 12 months)
Teeny Miss Jeepers Creepers (13 to 23 months)
Toddler Miss Jeepers Creepers (24 to 35 months)
Tiny Miss Jeepers Creepers (3 to 4 yrs old)
Petite Miss Jeepers Creepers (5 to 6 yrs old)
Junior Miss Jeepers Creepers (7 to 9 yrs old)
Preteen Jeepers Creepers (10 to 12 yrs old)
Teenager Jeepers Creepers (13 to 15 yrs)
Ideal Miss Jeepers Creepers (16 to 19 yrs old)
Miss Jeepers Creepers (20 and up single or married)
*All contestants age 4 and under must have an adult accompany them on stage. They do
not have to hold the contestant’s hand, but they must be close enough to touch them at all
times. Contestants 5 and over will walk alone.
No age grace period. You may move up, but you cannot move down.
There will only be 1 adult allowed in the dressing room and rehearsal area with each
contestant. Absolutely no men allowed in the dressing room(s). Gentlemen, if you need a
room, please let us know before the pageant and we will do our best to make
accommodations for you.
** $5 ADMISSION ___________5 & UNDER FREE**
AWARDS: Beauty winners will receive a custom made embroidered sash and crown.
First and Second Runners up will receive a sash. All contestants will receive a special
Halloween gift.
Photogenic Winners will receive a sash. Halloween Wear winners in each group will
receive a tiara.
The 2 Overall Beauty winners (0-6yrs & 7 and up) will receive a LARGE crown and
custom made sash. The Overall winners are the contestants with the highest combined
scores in Photogenic, Casual Wear, and Beauty.
There will be 2 Overall Halloween Wear winners, ages 0-6 & 7 and up. These winners
will receive a sash.
The Overall Photogenic winner will receive a sash.
JUDGES WILL BE TOLD: Ages 0 to 9 should wear a Sunday dress or pageant dress;
hair and makeup should be appropriate for child’s age; look for beauty, poise and
personality on stage; modeling will NOT count for ages 6 and under and will not be the
main focus for ages 7 and up. Ages 10 and up should wear a long dress/evening gown.
Casual Wear will be ANYTHING HALLOWEEN!!!

****MISS JEEPERS CREEPERS SWEETHEART COMPETITION***
The one contestant who collects the most (minimum of 200) signatures ($1 each) will
receive a large crown, large trophy, and sash with the title of Overall Miss Jeepers
Creepers Sweetheart 2011. All contestants competing for the Miss Jeepers Creepers
Sweetheart awards will receive the following (minimum 50 signatures):
AWARDS: 50 signatures small tiara
75 signatures medium tiara & trophy
100 signatures large tiara & large trophy
All signatures and money MUST be turned in Monday, Oct 24, 2011 to allow time to
order the awards. If you are still working on them at this point in time, please let us
know!

I have read and fully understand the rules and regulations of the pageant. Pageant Directors/sponsors or
anyone connected with the pageant is not responsible for any accidents, injury or loss at the pageant or during
travel to and from the pageant. I also understand that the judge’s decision will be final. All fees are non-
refundable unless the pageant is cancelled and not rescheduled. Pageant rules are subject to change without
contestant’s prior notice.
