DID YOU KNOW?
Rabbits, minks, foxes and other animals on fur
farms spend their entire lives confined to tiny,
filthy cages, where they constantly pace back and
forth out of stress and boredom.
Some fur farmers kill animals by anal or vaginal
Caged electrocution. Animals who are electrocuted
experience the intense pain of a heart attack
while they are still conscious. Many animals are
poisoned with sodium fluoroacetate. Poisoning
causes animals to suffer agonising deaths, which
include vomiting, internal bleeding and long, painful
convulsions. Other killing methods include gassing
Trapped and suffocation. Sometimes animals are only
stunned and may be skinned alive.
Animals caught in steel-jaw traps endure
excruciating pain from the steel bars which
clamped down on their legs, paws and torsos.
Animals caught in traps suffer the agony of blood
loss, infection, gangrene, exhaustion, frostbite and

shock for hours or days before trappers finally
arrive to stomp on their chests or break their
necks.Trapped animals, especially parents who are
desperate to get back to their babies, sometimes
chew off their own paws to escape. Traps also
cripple and kill non-target animals, like kiwis,
dogs and cats.
Skinned
Although notoriously cruel steel-jaw traps have been
banned in almost 90 countries, they are still allowed
in Australia and New Zealand.
You can prevent these atrocities.
