Phoned entries will be charged a $50 processing fee. Add a $25 late fee if the entry is received the Tuesday prior to the
event. Add a $35 late fee if the entry is received the Thursday prior to the event.
National Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 10 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations
made after the 10 days prior to the event will receive half of the entry fee paid. Cancellations made after the Tuesday prior
to the event will not receive a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations must be in writing.
