Fees and Charges
First Payment : (Item Price + Courier 快递）x 1.1 x 0.22
where 0.22 is the SGD-RMB transfer exchange rate and 1.1 is 10% service charge.
Minimum service charge is $5.
First Payment should be collected as confirmation of your oder placement.
Second Payment : Air Freight + Local Delivery
Air Freight: $10 SGD for first 500 gram and $4 SGD every subsequent 500 gram.
Example: item weight 1,500 grams = $10 + $4 X 2 = $18 SGD

Delivery / Collection:
1. Pickup point: Soo Chow View (Behind Thomson Plaza) = Free
2. Mass meetups
Time: 6:50PM to 7PM on the dates of shipment arrival. We'll usually contact you via SMS.
Venue: Thomson Plaza in front of DBS.
T&C: Orders must be less than 6KG.
Charges if you're late/did not appear:
Before 7:10PM: None (We understand that sometimes it's because of traffic)
7:10PM to 7:20PM: $1 for every 10 minutes
Did not appear before 7:20PM: $3 fine to be collected the next meet up.
3. Normal Mail - $1 - $4 (100g - 2kg)
4. Registered Mail = Normal Mail + $3
5. Local Courier - $6 - $25 (same day)
