Sony HDR CX700V
This Sony camcorder records at full HD at 1920 x 1080 at 60p or at 24p for the more cinematic
feel. Again, the internal hard drive is further enlarged to 96GB, and the still image resolution is a
large 12.3 megapixels. Compare the image quality of the Sony with the Panasonic with the
samples of test videos and you will see that they are both good, yet have differences. So it
depends on which feel you prefer.
Panasonic HDC-HS900
This is the related model to the TM900, that has the internal hard disc drive of 220GB. The image
quality is produced by the same Leica lens, and 3 sensor system. Both Panasonic models have

and HS700K. There is also a slot for flash memory. The Panasonic models are also 3D compatible
with a 3D lens.
Sony HDR TD10
This is the camcorder that provides full HD recording at 2D and 3D. The resolution is
1920×1080 for 2D recording and 1920×1080 at 50i for 3D recording. The reason why this is
considered a hard to beat model for 3D enthusiasts is that it is able to record at 3D and provide
optical zoom at the same time. It also provides 3D recording at full HD resolution instead of
halving resolution when switching from 2D to 3D recording. It records at 3D but can be played
back as 2D.
