remember that seniors must be “on track” to graduate and all
school debts must be paid in order to attend the activities with
asterisks (*) beside them.

Year-End Schedule of Activities
March 8th Deadline to submit prom limo information (company name and telephone number,
confirmation number, names of riders) to the ASB office
March 28th - April 12th See’s Candy Spring fundraiser
March 15th Deadline to pay Herff Jones the balance due for caps & gowns without incurring
an additional $10 fee
March 8th & 9th CAHSEE testing for those who have yet to satisfy the requirement
March 25th ** Prom tickets go on sale in the ASB office (through April 15th)
March 30th Senior Class Fashion Show and dinner – 5:00 p.m. in the gymnasium
April 4th – 8th Spring Break – school not in session
April 15th Deadline to turn in your prom payment, permission slip, and guest pass.
Estimated cost for prom is $100.00. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit
or debit cards ($2 fee for credit/debit). We do not accept checks for prom
tickets
April 30th ** Prom at Hotel Zosa, Palm Springs, 5:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
All students and guests must meet at Hamilton High School by 5:00 to travel
together to the prom. Students may travel on the bus chartered by their class at no
extra cost, or by limo at their own expense. Travel arrangements, bus or limo,
must be confirmed by March 4th to the ASB office. All prom payments,
permission slips, and guest passes must be turned in by April 15th to the ASB
office. Estimated cost for prom is $100.00
May 2nd ** Grad Nite tickets for Disneyland go on sale in the ASB office. Tickets will be
sold through 5/19; Grad Nite is May 26th & 27th.

May 3rd - May 11th Advanced Placement (AP) testing (various days during this time period)
May 10th & 11th CAHSEE testing for those who have yet to satisfy the requirement
May 19th ** Deadline to purchase Disneyland Grad Nite Tickets. Estimated ticket cost is
$100. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit or debit cards ($2 fee for
credit/debit). We do not accept checks for grad nite tickets
May 24th Approximate delivery date for pre-ordered graduation caps & gowns from Herff
Jones. If a student has not pre-ordered their cap & gown, extra sets will be
available for purchase after this date for $70. For information, or to pre-order,

May 25th & 26th Final exams (for seniors only)
May 26th – 27th *** Grad Nite at Disneyland. Students will leave the school at 8:00 p.m.
Estimated cost is $100, which includes transportation. Travel will be by district-
provided transportation only. Expected return time to Hamilton will be 9:30
Friday morning. Students will need to review and follow all the Disneyland
dress code, behavior, and entry guidelines. Each student that purchases a ticket
will receive a form listing Disneyland’s guidelines. We suggest that students do
not leave vehicles overnight in the school parking lot. We strongly encourage that
students arrange for a ride home on Friday with a driver who did not attend the all-
night event. There will be a limited number of tickets available for purchase.
Tickets will be available for sale from May 2nd – May 19th only on a first-come-
first-served basis
May 31st 8:30 a.m. Graduation Practice in the gymnasium
Finish senior check out (textbooks & debts)

11:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m. *** Graduate’s BBQ on the football field
6:30 p.m. Class of 2010 Awards Ceremony in the gymnasium
June 1st 8:30-11:30 a.m. Graduation Practice in the gymnasium
6:30 p.m. *** Graduation Ceremony in the gymnasium (Tickets
are required for entry)
June 2nd & 3rd 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. *** Pick up Diploma from counselor’s office
** To participate in this event, students must be “on track” to graduate. Students must have all debts paid, including
library, cafeteria, and club fees, and turn in all athletic uniforms and equipment (except those materials and uniforms
currently in class or team use). If you’re not sure you are debt free, check with Mrs. Canchola in the ASB office
*** To participate in this event, in addition to the above requirements, all textbooks must be returned to the school.
