networked medical devices and hospital information systems. DataCaptor collects, decodes and

distributes all medical data made available at the digital communication port of the medical

device. This generic software solution is available to clinical software vendors, system

integrators and device manufactures, as well as hospitals. With built in support for 400+ diverse

medical devices, DataCaptor includes the largest library of medical device interfaces available.

DataCaptor’s distributed architecture makes it a highly scalable and flexible solution to interface

all networked and/or serial devices.



Capsule is ISO9001 certified and DataCaptor is FDA 510(k) cleared.





Position Description:



To accompany its growth over Germany and Austria, Capsule is looking for a confirmed Sales

executive on a multi-country territory. Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales EMEA, the Sales

Executive for Germany and Austria will serve as a key team member in the field sales team.



Primary Responsibilities:

 Sell Capsule Technologie’s products and services

 Manage existing customers’ accounts

 Offer Capsule Technologie’s products and services to potential or existing customers on his

territory

 Generate as many leads as possible on assigned territory

 Negotiate and close sales, in agreement with the Company’s sales policy

 Implement market adapted approach to reach sales targets

 Manage existing customers’ relationship in order to maximize their satisfaction and Capsule

Technologie’s profit

 Report any interesting market information to the Marketing Manager and VP of Sales EMEA

 Report deals status in the Sales Portfolio and participate in the weekly Sales Meetings





Position constraints:

The position requires business travel 3 to 4 times a week in average. The position requires

ability to work independently without close oversight, while functioning as a team player who

will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside of Capsule

Technologies.



Required Skills:

 Experience of at least 5 years selling IT systems in hospital environment or biomedical

devices

 Experience in working in a hospital environment either as a nurse, IT or biomedical engineer

completed by a sales experience

 Experience in negotiating with high level, senior executives people

 Good understanding of the organization, process and workflow in hospital care units

 French and English fluent as a minimum



Education

Ideally Business School degree or Nurse School degree or related field.
