Camper Choice Awards-The Last Decade
This summer, our campers will be sure to have fun with our Campers Choice Awards Theme. Our educational journey will include
themes that were chosen from our last ten years highlighting campers favorites. Our campers will enjoy making fun art projects, whipping
up culinary treats, reading and writing stories, participating in fun sports activities, singing songs, and more!

Please fill out and return this form indicating your child’s schedule for the entire summer below and camper information on the reverse of
this form. Before and aftercare are included in the weekly camp rate of $250 but please indicate if your camper will be in attendance
for extended care. **Please note that you will be responsible for the weeks which you mark off below.**
