This is an agreement between ________________________ referred to as “The wedding planner”
and __________________________________________ referred to as “The Client”, and will be
effective as of: ________________________.

The wedding planner will provide a service based on the extensive background in all expects of
wedding planning and provide access to a full range of related product and service contacts.

The wedding planner requires that all vendors are selected from our preferred list of wedding
service providers. These wedding service providers have demonstrated superb professionalism in
building successful business relations with the wedding planner and its clients.

The Client has indicated that the couple will be getting married on the _________________ and
requested the services of the wedding planner.

The Client and the wedding planner agree to the following:

   1. Services Provided

       The following services will be provided by the wedding planner:

       Music & Entertainment
       Photography & Videography
       Reception coordination
       Invitations & RSVP

   2. Rates and fees for services

   2.1 The Client agrees to pay an initial non-refundable deposit of ______________. This payment
       is due and payable at the time when the contract is signed.
   2.2 The remaining payment will be billed monthly with a final payment due of ____________.
       The monthly billing will include all required deposits for services chosen, payment for
       consultation time at a rate of _________ per hour and any expenses incurred for phone,
       postage and shipping.
   2.3 Payments can be made via cash delivery, wire transfer or credit card payment.
   3. Cancellation policy

       In an event of a cancellation all payments made are non-refundable and all outstanding
       payments are due immediately.

   4. Late payments policy

       If the wedding planner is unable to collection the required payments for any reasons the
       following will apply:
       (a) The first 15 days: All planning efforts will cease.
       (b) After 15 days: All reservations and service bookings made on behalf of The Client will be
            cancelled and all expenses incurred for the cancellations will be due by The Client.

   5. Entire Agreement

       This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. This agreement supersedes
       any prior written or oral agreements between The Client and the wedding planner.

   6. Severability

       If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any
       reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds
       that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such
       provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be
       written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

   7. Waiver of contractual right

       The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed
       as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict
       compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

   8. Applicable Law

       This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of (enter your state here).
