Having seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia; Having seen the Preah Reach Kret No. NS/RKT/0704/124 on 15 July 2004 on the Appointment of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia; Having seen the Preah Reach Kram No. 02/NS/94 on 20 July 1994 promulgating the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers; Having seen the Preah Reach Kram No. NS/RKM/0196/18 on 24 January 1996 promulgating the Law on the Establishment of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Having seen the Preah Reach Kram No. NS/RKM/1007/028 on 19 October 2007 promulgating the Law on the Issuance and Trading of Non-Government Securities; Having seen Anuket No. 97/ANKR.BK on 23 July 2008 on the Conduct and Organization of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia; Referring to the proposal of the Minister of Economy and Finance, and as the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia

Appointing 7 (Seven) civil servants of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia as following: Director of the Department of Securities Market Supervision 2- Mr. SOK Dara Director of the Department of Securities Intermediaries Supervision 3- Mr. SEANG Thirith Director of the Department of Legal Affairs 4- Mr. CHHUN Sambath Director of the Department of Securities Issuance 5- Mr. VA Sovy Director of the Department of Research, Training, Securities Market Development and International Relations 6- Mr. CHHUM Sereyvuth Director of the Department of Administration and Finance 7- Mr. CHHAY Khunlong Director of Internal Audit Unit 1- Mr. CHAN Narith
Article 2. –
The Minister of Council of Ministers, the Minister of Economy and Finance and as the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia, Secretary of State of Secretariat of Public Service, Ministers, Secretaries of State of all relevant institutions, Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia, and Personconcerned as prescribed in Article 1 (one) shall implement this Anukret after the date of signing.
