1 As provided through grant programs of the New York State Housing Finance
  Agency and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
2 Phase I includes six sites developed and completed prior to 1993 plus two sites
  completed in early 1993.
  Phase II includes two sites which started construction in early 1993 and six
  that were started by 1994. The work at all of these sites was completed by August 1995
  with the exception of a second stage of a two-phased site in Brooklyn which was delayed by environmental
  concerns. The second phase was started in late 1998 as part of Phase III.
3 Phase III includes the above second parcel of a Phase II Brooklyn site which was completed in June 2001.
  A new site in the Bronx commenced in September 2000 and was substantially completed by
  late 2001. A new site in Manhattan is scheduled to commence in early 2002. A second new site
  in the Bronx is expected to commence in 2003.
4 The total allocations of Community Use Space Available was updated to reflect actual sizes produced.
