Apple carrot recipe salad



Consumption of food with high amount of oil and spices is fatal to health. In order to maintain our

health in good condition we must pay attention in consumption of fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. Raw

fruits and vegetables not only help us to eliminate health related disorders but also supply with

adequate amount of energy to our body. One of the important factor that facilitate the consumption of

raw food item is the time of preparation of food items. These raw food items can be prepared within

small time interval and is effective for busy professionals and house wives.



For preparing salad we need the following ingredients:



2 -3 medium size apples,

4 carrots (cleaned),

1 cup of organic raisins

1 cup of orange juice

4 Teaspoon of lemon juice

2 Teaspoon of lemon zest

3 teaspoon of ginger root grated

Half cup of walnuts soaked for a time of 6-8 hours,

Half cup of coconut shredded (depends upon the preferences for topping, walnut can also be

used instead)



Here, is a brief Process of preparation of Apple carrot salad:

1. We must begin the preparation by cutting apple, carrot and ginger into small pieces. Now we

must mix all the small pieces of fruits in a bowl.

2. Now we must add other ingredients: orange juice, raisins, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix it

properly.

3. We can add topping decoration to our dish by spraying walnuts or shredded coconut from the

top.

4. Now our salad is ready to be consumed.



The salad can be prepared in no time. It’s easy and its ingredients are flexible as we can add or

remove some ingredients according to our preferences. It can be packed in lunch box and you

can enjoy it either in your work place or in School.

Raw chocolate milkshake



If you want some delicious, adequate energy providing foodstuffs which can be prepared quickly

then raw chocolate milk shake is your choice. Well it’s definitely for chocolate lovers who don’t

want to leave chocolate but want to lose weight. It’s good for our health in compared to cooked

food. One of vital reason for raw food being nutritious is that a larger amount of vitamins and

other essential content of food are destroyed during the process of cooking. The recipes needed

to prepare raw chocolate milkshake are easily available and can even be stored easily in our

home. We can take advantage of consuming raw food items and avoiding the chances of getting

into obesity and other health disorders.



Well let’s start the preparation. We need the following ingredients for preparation of raw milk

chocolate.

One fresh banana and one frozen banana

Organic dates (quantity can be altered according to the taste)

1/2 of raw carob powder (try small amount first and add to taste)

1 Teaspoon raw tahini

1 cup of water







The procedures of preparation are simple and its ready in 2-3 minutes. You don’t need

to stay in kitchen for longer period. The moment you start its preparation and the next

moment it’s almost done. First of all we have to cut the dates into smaller pieces .Then

we need to mix all the ingredients listed above properly. We can control the taste by

changing the quantity of some ingredients like tahini and raw carob powder. We can use

other fruits as well, instead of using a teaspoon of tahini. It’s really easy to prepare this

dish and it takes no time at all. Many of us don’t like raw food but I am sure that you are

not going to leave this one.

Fruit Salad



Fruits are centre of nutrition and vitamins. Different fruits are advisable to consume on daily

basis for our balance diet. Fruits salad’s preparation is so simple that anyone can prepare it

easily in few minutes. One of the most advantageous points for this recipe is its ability to remain

fresh even after many hours of preparation when stored in refrigerator. The taste of this dish

does not change even when it’s consumed after many hours. So when you are running out of

time the fruit salad will be your helpful dish. You can easily change the taste of the salad by

changing the ingredients fruits used in its preparation Even when you are suffering from

digestion problem you can consume it as its easily digested in compared to diet containing fiber

.



Commonly used ingredients for fruit salad



A cup of seedless grapes



4-5 oranges (2 oranges for top)



1 sweet apple (based upon your preferences)



1 pear



5-6 ripe bananas



A cup of blueberries



1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks



1/2 cup dried fruit



1-2 cups strawberries,



Well first of all you must cut the bananas into smaller pieces after you ripe off its skin. The

banana pieces must be kept in a bowl where other fruits like mango chunks, dried fruit and

grapes are to be mixed in. Now you must add sweet apple after cutting it into smaller pieces

along with orange ripping away its skin. You can add grapes from the side of the bowl but

before adding it should be turned into two pieces of equal half’s. Now you can proceed with the

topping by adding some oranges and blueberries. Finally fresh and healthy salad is ready. Salad

tastes better when served chilled so it should be refrigerated.
