       Definitions
            Herbs: any nonwoody seed-bearing plant. Used
             for flavoring, food, medicine, scent, etc.
            Spices: aromatic or pungent vegetable substance
             used to flavor food
            Essential Oils: volatile oil, usually having the
             characteristic odor or flavor of the plant from
             which it is obtained; used to make perfumes and
             flavorings
